An Engineer by Profession and a Tech Blogger by passion.

My mission is to help as many as possible to start their blogging journey. Also, in the process of getting a good pic to use here –> 😀

Who is Bibin Wilson?

I am a master’s degree holder in Computer Science and in my full-time job, I work as an Associate Technical Architect. Now I have my own IT consulting Business.

Also, a husband and a father!

If you meet me for the first time and start discussing any interesting topics, I would tell you to start a blog.

The reason is, I strongly believe that sharing knowledge is the best way to grow personally and professionally. I mean growth in terms of knowledge and its byproduct money.

Blogging is something that motivates me to learn and explore new things.

I can talk about blogging and its benefits for hours and hours because it is something I really like doing and have been doing for almost 10 years now.

Blogging was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I learned so much about cloud computing, and I would publish my learnings in my blog. It gave me a reason to read and learn more.

Tech Blogging Landed Me a Job

Here is a little bit of history about how I got my job.

I attended many interviews before I got my first IT job.

When I started my blog, I had this feeling that at least one company would visit my campus with cloud computing requirements.

I got lucky! I got an opportunity to attend an interview on-campus who came to recruit candidates for a Cloud Practice team.

And guess what! I got the job. During the interview process, I was explaining the things I learned through my blog. It was nothing related to what I was learning from college. (Data structures, Programming, etc.).

It didn’t stop there,

  1. I published a 300 pages technical book during the second year of my career.
  2. Till today I have published more than 250 technical articles.

So if you are reading this and you are in college or trying to get into the next level of your career, just start a blog :).

Why This Blog?

When I started blogging, nobody was there to mentor me or guide me in the right way.

I learned everything by reading and from my own experiences. Sometimes things worked and many times they didn’t!

I started this blog with the sole purpose of sharing my experiences and learnings in my blogging journey. So that you don’t have to go through everything I did.

I will write about tools and strategies that I learned and also things that I am trying out.

I learn so many things outside my tech domain (DevOps). So I will be writing about my learning outside tech in this blog. For example, here is a post about decluttering yourself from social media.

I will also be sharing more step-by-step guides in this blog that you can follow to grow your own blog.
